At Finkeyz 360, we place Discovery at the heart of everything we do. It’s the starting point, where children begin to uncover their interests, strengths, and aspirations. Programs like Nurture, Career Peek, Admissions, and Study Abroad act around or lead towards this central exploration.

Every step is interconnected, each phase builds upon the foundation laid in the previous one, ensuring a seamless transition and comprehensive support system for every child.

The 360 People

The chief driving force behind Finkeyz are three sets of dedicated parents who’ve lived the entire academic journey with their children – schooling, boards, career decisions, life skills development, competitive exams, prestigious national college admissions as well as international programs’ preparations & admissions.

Mr. Shah, an IIM-Ahmedabad alumnus with years of global senior management experience is a passionate advocate for career enablement and life skills and believes in their criticality towards children’s all-round growth and career success.

Mr. Gupta, a former senior executive at KPMG and NPCI, and a co-founder at a tech firm is committed towards early empowerment of children, recognizing the importance of instilling confidence and resilience from a young age.

Mrs. Saini, a seasoned educator and Program Director of the popular Finkeyz Financial Literacy Program. Known for her dedication and a lifelong commitment to academia, Ritu’s expertise extends to teaching JEE and fostering the compounding of knowledge, wisdom, and skills among children.

Besides the founders, the dedicated team at Finkeyz comprises numerous passionate individuals who are committed to empowering children and shaping their futures.
