Yes, you must certainly do your Career Counselling after your Grade 10th or Grade 12th results. Ideally you should not wait until the last moment. You should do your Career Assessment and Counselling much earlier so you have clarity of options as the result comes in.
We recommend Career Counselling for students as early as possible – ideally in Grade 7th all the way to Grade 10th or Grade 12th. Reason is we can map a student’s career inclinations and skills over the years, identify various strengths and weaknesses and fill in the gaps to make a student profile much stronger. We can position the student for future success. By the time it’s time to take a career decision, we have several data points, which will help both students and parents take a confident career decision.
If you have not cleared your NEET exam, don’t worry. You tried your best, and it’s certainly not the end of your dreams. Next step is to figure out what are your strengths and weaknesses, your subconscious career aptitudes and inclinations. You should go for a comprehensive career counselling with us, or you can speak to one of our very experienced counsellors.
